Do you feel like dieting is a bore? That to lose weight you have to eat cardboard and things with no taste? Ya’ll I am here to tell you that it is not true.
For me it starts with taste. If something doesn’t taste good, I am not going to eat it for very long. I have tried every diet under the sun and yes, I am guilty of being a diet whore. I was constantly chasing the next sure-fire way to lose weight and I might add I was not very successful. I finally joined weight watchers and did find success but even then, I was still eating foods that were not very tasty and could not wait to lose weight so I could go back to my old habits.
One day I just decided to stop eating foods I did not like and started looking for recipes I liked and that my family liked. I also incorporated my own recipes and that is when success became a long-term reality. So, for me adding sass to my food is just a must but it still has to be simple and not take too much time to prepare.
