Are you looking for an easy meal for the entire family??  This keto and WW family recipe will please even the pickiest of eaters.

I love Mexican food, but I don’t want to go off plan.  I have tried several recipes and loved them all and thought to myself.  Why not take what I like best from each one and create the best recipe ever.

So, get out the casserole dish and get ready for a meal that will leave you satisfied without feeling deprived. 

Only 4 WW smart points per serving and very low carb.  Add some riced cauliflower and a salad and your meal is complete.


serves 8/prep: 15 mins/total 45 mins


1lb boneless chicken breast

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

1tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp. cumin

I 4oz can chopped green chilis

8 oz of cream cheese softened (light for WW)

Jalapeno peppers to taste

¾ cup sharp cheddar cheese (light for WW)

2 strips cooked bacon crumbled


Preheat oven to 375

Pound chicken until very thin and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Mix cream cheese, garlic powder, cumin, jalapeno peppers and green chilis. 

Spread over chicken and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bacon.

Bake around 30 minutes
